Clifford Olin
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Cliff has over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, international development, and investment banking. He has led large-scale industry cluster and supply chain initiatives worldwide, providing strategic vision and operational leadership to global partnerships. Cliff holds an MBA from Binghamton University.
Michael Terrones
General Manager, LATAM Office Lima, Peru
Michael leads TerraForged's operations in Peru and across Latin America, managing partnerships with mining cooperatives and mid-tier producers. He ensures that every concentrate we move is traceable, dual-assayed, and ethically sourced while strengthening long-term relationships with local stakeholders. At Terraforged, he heads LATAM operations and supply chain. Mike received his MSc. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University.
Dr. Shailesh Upreti
Technical Advisor
Dr. Shailesh Upreti is a recognized expert in energy storage, advanced materials, and technology commercialization. As Technical Advisor for TerraForged, he provides strategic guidance on refining technologies, critical mineral processing, and global partnership development. His experience spans over two decades of technology scaling, international collaborations, and business growth in the energy and materials sectors. Shailesh received his PhD from IIT Delhi, India and has filed several patents relating to nanoparticles and battery technology.
